Nearly a whole week of not playing
Hello. I purchased Elder Scrolls Online Gold Edition on March 1. I was able to make my account and everything and waited for the game to download. When the game finished, I click play and was ask to login in game. When I press login, it asked for an access code that was sent to my email. Looking upon my email, I received no access code. I tried over and over and no email was received. I then attempted to change my email and that required another access code that I did not get. I finally contacted support, but that required an access code. However, I did see the option to contact them without an account in which I did but got an automated reply back. I replied again and got no reply. I tried everything in the support section (adding ESO to contacts, checking spam and trash folders, checking promotions and social tabs since I'm using Google Mail) and nothing works. I would really like to play the game I purchased and can't at all. Can someone at Zenimax please help with this issue
