@SadieJoanI recently bought yet another house, for my nightbladeI want all of my characters to have their own home! This one was only 54k, and it had such high ceilings that I decided to create an upstairs, which has given it as much space as Cliffshade, but it was 5x cheaper AND it has a little garden
Which house is that?
Yes, its black vine villa

Black Vine is amazing. So much potential but some frustrating invisible walls in the interior that I bumped into while trying to make an upper story.
Working on a way to make a nice entrance centerpiece
Not entirely sure how the ballista and trebuchet are "animated" (banners and lamp lanterns wiggle, lights turn on/off, siege just sits there... but I love it)
After buying my second home with a garden, I became increasingly frustrated that Cliffshade didn't have one, so I decided to turn one of the rooms into an indoor garden

Where were the invisible walls? I've not come across them yet, though I haven't really spent much time there tbh, just to build that level, then I went back to doing my second house xD

Welcome to my house!
A bit of preamble, before I show you around; my favourite of the options available was the Hunding’s Palatial Hall, however, it didn’t really suit my main character, and since I wanted to buy my first house with her, I went for my second favourite: the Gorinir Estate in Grahtwood. It is essentially a tiered tree-house surrounded by sprawling mossy grounds, and though the round architecture made it a little challenging to decorate, I had a lot of fun coming up with ideas and solutions. Nevertheless, if some things seem insensible and/or defying the laws of nature, my excuse is that my main is an Altmer magicka sorcerer, so everything is held together by magic!
Moving onwards from the entrance, there is a path that leads to a shrine of sorts (the light of Meridia – a tribute to my character's escape from the clutches of Molag Bal):
From all the things I made, this winding stairwell is my favourite, and funnily enough, it was a happy accident (to echo Bob Ross); I had originally bought the stone slabs for a creating a cobblestone path, but they turned out to be too big, so I used them instead as steps. There is a landing at the top that is perfect for sitting to read a book, but also picturesque, and secluded enough, for other sorts of activities. Ehem.
The first of the tree pods is the hearth area, the middle is the library/drawing room, and the third one is the bedchamber:
I’ve included a little table in the garden since the climate in Grahtwood is great for outdoor shenanigans:
Here is my Khajiit again, lighting one of the torches positioned throughout the grounds:

Thank you for visiting!

This was built without ESO plus. And therefore its painfully barren inside.
Well have a look
Hope you like it
