They could have easily implemented the instancing for housing so you and your house items are hidden from anyone outside but you can still see the normal zone mobs and NPCs (and players?) when looking out.

My arena Notice that all the banners/flags are ranked olympic podium style, AD 1st DC 2nd EP 3rd. FYI I have all 700 slots spent, and everything looks completely bare except the arena. If you have a manor you pretty much have to pick 1/4 of the place you want to decorate fully, the rest just has to look bare. I highly encourage more QQ'ing about increasing housing slots.

Are people actually able to sleep in the free apartment? At the Ebony Flask Inn Room? How can anyone sleep through the night with all the "Dibella's worshippers in session" next door??? If you have been there, you know what I am talking about.

I am a busy warrior, and I definitely need my sleep. Got out of that hole, and it is currently used solely for storage.

On the off chance you haven't figured out yet or you weren't joking, that isn't from a house. It is the tutorial room where you first meet the prophet in person.

As to the OP, my first intentional and only decorated house is the Mournoth Keep. No Screenshots since I'm on PS but I did put 4 of the small and 2 of the big jester's trees over in the little circle spot to the left (as an added bonus, without clipping) and placed one of the rocks that came with the house in the center and stuck a jesters banner in it.

It actually looks like some kind of shrine to a fallen noble house with all the petals falling. Now if only I had a better banner to place there.
