Stage 1 - no answer from support.
Stage 2 - a notice they're aware of the issue and working on resolution.
Stage 3 - a notice that its resolved.
Support rarely gives ETAs because either they don't know or they don't want to get major negative feedback for not meeting the ETA they provide.1
