Launcher is sending a crash report

Greetings, Travelers
So I decided to do the big update and everything worked fine with no repairs needed. Then when I pressed the play button, while loading I got a crash box with an option to report what was happening when it crashed. I tried restarting my computer, I even uninstalled the game twice and reinstalled; yet I am still getting this crash box.
Can anyone please help me get this fixed? My PC never had any issues like this with ESO and I have been playing successfully since launch and beta.
