Oh the pain when ESO was down
This is when I become apathetic. Nothing else is fun! So I end up just clicking refresh for hours. Oh so fun 
Luckily I had som errands to run. But now I'm back here, clicking refresh...

Dexxadude✭✭I'm not normally one to complain about times, but 5 hours! delay? considering its starts at 9am(when people wake up) it's offline for the full duration of the day until people need to go to bed for work the next day. Disguising. the PTS is to test issues so the patch can be implemented quickly and easily. Good job ZoS, failed again you surprise no one.10 -

There's an ETA on this maintenance, but we have no ETA on when it's over. Although we really want to.Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game.0 -

I guess they tried to run the update but the database update failed, now they had to roll back the database to backup before update. fix the issue and do the update again. They can not roll back and do it tomorrow as client is updated.
Grinding just make you go in circles.

Europe Server is down nearly 10 hours, ONE single simple post without a particular ETA ("at least 5 hours" is not an ETA).
I do not know how it works in america but in civilized countries a little communication goes a long way, in long term the attitude and behaviour of yours will cost the company more than you expect. Everytime I come back and decide to make a fresh start, this negative special treatment of the company is really a big turn off for me.10 -
