did not get quest achievement

i completed the quests for the Thukhozod's sanctum but i did not get the achievement and the dungeon icon on the map is still black :( please help all i got from customer support was an automated reply saying they can't do anything to help me. how am i supposed to complete all achievements now?

    Thukhozod's Sanctum is a Delve Dungeon location, so in order to complete the Explorer achievement and turn the icon white, you need to kill the dungeon boss, Gorlar the Dark. The quests are not related to completion of the achievement in a Delve.

    There is an AddOn called "Destinations". Once downloaded and installed, it can be configured via the Map Filters to display Delve Boss locations on your map.

    Extremely useful!
