did not get quest achievement

i completed the quests for the Thukhozod's sanctum but i did not get the achievement and the dungeon icon on the map is still black 
please help all i got from customer support was an automated reply saying they can't do anything to help me. how am i supposed to complete all achievements now?

✭✭✭✭✭Thukhozod's Sanctum is a Delve Dungeon location, so in order to complete the Explorer achievement and turn the icon white, you need to kill the dungeon boss, Gorlar the Dark.
