EU laucher - persisting which server prompt

Everytime when I launch the ESO Launcher it keeps asking me which server I want to use.
As I'm living in EU is doesn't seem relevant to choose another server beside the EU server. Could this prompt be a persisting remind prompt of when I choose the EU selection?
Today I got the message that the client noticed I logged on another server beside the EU server. As I'm very sure I never select the other server.
Anyone issues with this?

No I do not have issues with logging into the game. The prompt could be automated so it would register and remember your selection, or depending on location.
