What is the best stamina race for a stamina sorc for pvp?

Orcs seem interesting, not really sure if I can get into redguard but those passives are tempting.

Orsimers are best race. For everything. Stamina, magicka, tank, healer, dd, hybrid, role-play, botting, afking.
Pick Orc, you wont regret anything.

Redguard is good for heavy armor because you don't stack any regen in that build. AR is about 400 stam regen equivelent in combat, maybe 500 if you hit every cooldown and have 45K stam.

Redguard is probably best if you don't have any CP, but at CP cap I think orc is better for pvp.

The reason Redguard is so much better in PVE is you don't want to slot dark deal as a DD. In PVP you're going to slot it anyway, and it makes the sustain difference pretty irrelevant.

I like Orc in pvp, all the passives do great things for a stamsorc.
