Likely yeah, try and see if your alliance has a buff server, it's hard to get emp, you've got to wait until it reset and farm as much ap as possible.PS4 EU DC

Likely yeah, try and see if your alliance has a buff server, it's hard to get emp, you've got to wait until it reset and farm as much ap as possible.
the closest we have to a buff server (PS4/NA) is Scourge. It is the only one we have a real presence in. Good luck if you try to get Emp in there though. Full of AP farmers
If OP is only after the achievement, I would try BWB or Azura's.1 -

check out the alliance war and campaign sections of this forum...there's some different ways to legitimately boost your AP (kill delve boss, repair everything, understanding defensive/offensive ticks, solo/small group play, etc.)...
you need to do a little scouting of the different campaigns - i wouldn't touch scourge (there are some serious players there)...maybe azura's star, thornblade?...it looks like skull and haderus are also spoken for...
your best chance would be to hit a campaign when it first begins, and, hope you get lucky with your AP and hope your alliance can take all six keeps are some point...
firstly though, just like everything in this game it seems - gotta go do your research...
lots of folks wanna be king or queen, not a lot of folks wanna put in the effort, or, just get that lucky...

✭✭✭I've played this game since around console launch and other than recently never ventured into Cyrodiil other than to the IC and to get the first few quests in the faction area. I always assumed the title Emperor was only obtained by those who were top PvP players and who dedicated an ungoldly amount of time to that specific campaign. Or you could cheat as many do. You get a few of your friends to get on the other faction toons and they allow you to keep killing them near a keep or resource over and over and over piling up the single kill AP and the defense tick along with it which mathematically speaking is roughly 3600 AP per kill. 1800 for the single kill and another 1800 for the defense tick. qualla... you become leader. Then you get these same few friends to switch toons to the same faction and quickly take all 6 keeps during a population downtime. See it is very simple to have it handed to you on a platter with little effort by cheating.
