Rawlkha is the most convenient town as the bank and guild traders are directly next to the wayshrine with a general merchant close by, however the above saying makes Rawl a repetitive mess if you have the speech volume turned up..

Annalyse✭✭✭✭✭The most annoying line in TESO is in the town of Ebonheart in Stonefalls some random nord NPC will say "hey there fancy man fall on any swords latly" for some reason this sets me off and I will not go back to Ebonheart because of it I once went on a killing spree to see if I could shut up the NPC but you can't
You'll be pleased to know that his dialogue is no longer audible to the general populace, only the people who have his quest.
Personally I miss him.
It makes me so sad! I used to hear it so often that I briefly started calling my cat Fancy Man. Granted, I didn't ask him if he had fallen on any swords lately, but I did admittedly say "fancy man" with the same inflections as the NPC in the game.
