To be fair Gina is not a moderator. Moderators read our forum posts and likely go home and drink a LOT to make the pain go away every night. Then again the one forum moderator I personally knew didn't know anything about ESO except what he read on the forums. Imagine what a weird perspective that'd be.
Mods aren't allowed to just chat it up on here, and no one tells them anything. They have carefully pre-written reactions to things that need to be... moderated.
Gina, too, does not just read over the coders shoulders and then decide whether or not to tell us anything. Someone else decides that and though I abhor ZOS's strangely Soviet style wall of silence and think it's bad for the game no one who ever goes on ESO live makes those calls.

dough : 15 - 20 minutes preparation, then 4 to 6 hours levitation
cooking the bread: 30 min with a regular home electric oven (less if you own a stone oven)
waiting for the bread to cool down: 1 hour at least
selecting the ingredients: couple of minutes to 20 minutes, depending on your mood.
eating the sandwich: 5 to 10 minutes.
Nope, sounds accurate to me..
I took the advice and made a sandwich- Made half wheat and half rye bread rolls with cranberry and olives.
- Marinated and SLOW COOKED pulled pork
- Made cranberry sauce with orange and port
- Now ready to make the sandwich
Ooops, no time to eat - servers are up
P.S. By the way, how do you get your bread to LEVITATE! Do I sense a bit of sorcery on your part?

gard✭✭✭✭✭The ZOS datacenter guys entered a wormhole in search of a new location before the extinction of the current one due to impending failure of their Linksys wireless router (Elder Scrolls Online: ZOSmageddon).
You all probably know that time slows down when you enter a wormhole. Minutes to them were hours to us.
Thank God they made it back before we were too old to use a computer anymore.
