dough : 15 - 20 minutes preparation, then 4 to 6 hours levitation
cooking the bread: 30 min with a regular home electric oven (less if you own a stone oven)
waiting for the bread to cool down: 1 hour at least
selecting the ingredients: couple of minutes to 20 minutes, depending on your mood.
eating the sandwich: 5 to 10 minutes.
