* The weaponsmith(khajiit) in coldharbour when you ask her if the enchanter knows how she feels. "How can she not. I have gone trough every step of courting, I rubed my head against her leg, I pressed my head against her and purred, I even left a dead skeever at her doorstep". (If you talk to the enchantress she has no idea why the weaponsmith is acting so odd)

* "Raz saw you drop from the sky. This one would have atempted a backflip"-Razum-dar when you first met him aftee ariving at keenathi's roost(I think this line was removed when they changed the spawn location from Vulkher guard)

There is one that I hear ALL THE TIME while in the crafting stations at Wayrest. Despite hearing it all the time, I don't know it by heart, but it is sometihng like:

"The accounts of the King's illness have been greatly exaggerated..."

I always find it a little funny.

This is my favorite too, the blacksmith at the south entrance to Rivenspire. Another choice line from him is something like "I have a wonderfully sunny disposition. Now get lost before I accidentally hit you with my hammer. Twice."

I also like the NPC in Khenarthi's Roost who goes on and on about how a dog is some sort of vicious creature. I don't recall the exact quote offhand though, maybe someone else can post it?

Makes me so mad when I walk by an npc and they say "what are you lookin at?!" or something rude like that

If I didn't feel like dealing with guards I would so kill them all

One thing I think is insane about this game is how everything is voiced....like wtf who has time for all that and who writes all these books

My favorite that hasn't already been said here is a pvp quest in Cheydinhal where you rescue the prisons of war when you save one of the NPCS she says "by akatosh's scales your help is welcome" not sure what to think I just saved your life.

The most annoying line in TESO is in the town of Ebonheart in Stonefalls some random nord NPC will say "hey there fancy man fall on any swords latly" for some reason this sets me off and I will not go back to Ebonheart because of it I once went on a killing spree to see if I could shut up the NPC but you can't
