Wrogthar surveys from craglorn ( don't even own orsinium dlc )

Did woodworking today and got a woodworking wrogthar survey which i can't use or trade.

Grouf✭✭✭I got a Wrothgar survey yesterday and today, I also don't have Orsinium DLC. I'm not going to open the boxes anymore until this is fixed, probably just not do writs since I really don't have room to store the boxes.
I also got a Hew's Bane treasure map from a treasure chest in Craglorn, I don't have Thieves Guild DLC either. I assume this means that the entire reward system for any boxes is bugged.0 -
BergisMacBride✭✭✭✭✭Even though I subscribe and have access to the DLCs, this needs to be addressed for you guys asap. Clearly an oversight on their part. I'm not sure how writs/rewards worked before for those without DLC access, but it's apparent something changed with the return of all high level writ turn-ins back to Craglorn. Highest prov writs are also affected albeit in a different manner (requiring more of the lower recipes now in addition to the previously CP 150 ones).

i got thieves and abahs and of course free acces to craglorn, but i keep getting wrogthar surveys

✭I think zos is trolling me at this point.
I got around 10 surveys since one tamriel on my lone main and all of them are wrothgar despite me owning abahs watch, gold coast and of course free acces to craglorn.0 -

hmm are you 10/10? try lowering your writs to Crag 9/10 and test it and see if you only get Non DLC Surveys it could just be because the system see's you at 10/10 and is giving you Wrothgar surveys. Grouf✭✭✭The writ rewards are suppose to be able to drop surveys for any area of Tamriel, however the 10/10 writs are still giving out almost exclusively Wrothgar surveys. I've gotten 7 surveys since One Tamriel, only 1 of them has not been for Wrothgar. I don't know if those of you with Ordinium DLC are getting a better randomization of surveys, but those without Orsinium seem to be getting mostly Wrothgar surveys. I know it's suppose to be random but to have all but 1 be in Wrothgar doesn't seem truly random to me considering how many areas I could be sent. I tried the writs on PTS and I was getting surveys for all over Tamriel, but that was before they changed it so that the 10/10 writs are in Craglorn and not Wrothgar.
ZOS is trying to make money (as they should) so maybe this is their way of gently encouraging us to buy the DLCs..?

Well im a master crafter with all 9 traits and all motifs except the 3 new ones, so using 9/10 in my crafting skills is not a solution.0
