Does Force Shock need a damage increase?

Trihugger✭✭✭Force Shock does NOT hit at 3 different times anymore. It is 3 types of damage at once which means that it only procs elemental drain and the like ONCE. This is like a >6 month old change, and I want to say it happened with Orsinium.
Sustain with destruction staves is miserable, and that's with elemental drain on the mob. I would be all for a cost reduction % instead of the 3600 magicka back when you land a killing blow. Elemental drain also doesn't proc on DoT's. The more you know.1 -

sustain is horrid. lower the cost and MAYBE increase the damage slightly to help mag/stam imbalances. I mainly play a stam Dk and love it... but i also enjoy playing my mag sorc. I love the frag build but it's impossible for me to sustain on long boss fights which kills dps. I had to switch to a heavy attack build just to play vet trials somewhat efficiently. I have much stronger aoe but single target lacks

It hits 3 different times for Scathing Mage and Nerien'eth though. It counts as 1 projectile, but its still has the 3 hits.@ Izaki #PCEU
