Does anybody know if warhorn pulls me out of stealth before I use skill points on it..

In all seriousness, yes probably.
The rule for pulling out of stealth seems to be "if the ability is ground targeted or buffs allies (in general) then it will pull you out". In warhorns case, yes you are pulled out because it buffs allies.Live for the pact... die for the pact.
