The location is almost irrelevant. It's the service that needs to be improved - the resilience of the EU server, the capability for technicians to get it back up in a timely manner, and the ability of customer service representatives to keep us informed.
And make us think that we aren't waiting on US tech staff to get out of bed.

Well I think they still have a lot of folks from Great Briton that play this. Plus Before Brexit the us would go through Great Briton so it might have been easier for them to have moved the servers there. I imagine they would have more advanced equipment more compatible with Us technology. Plus I imagine there would be faster results if the server was located there since a lot of those that play this basically speak mostly english. I don't know how things are in the eu but I know they do things differently most likely which makes it harder for them.

In most cases the game/server just can't handle many players on one map, a thing that was possible on private Lineage 2 servers 10 years ago ^-^ Kinda makes you think...
Um yeah you could and still can, on PC, dont know what platform your on.
Could go on and really explain it, but I really cba.
Point remains, on that game, a lot more stuff happens on screen, so ESO has no excuse.

you do realize that the ESO servers have to deal with like a thousand times the data, im sorry and don't want to offend you but if you don't understand why you cant even compare Bf to ESO then you clearly have no understanding of how games are made.
