I seriously hope some of these magic builds realize that high magicka is just as important as Spell damage, infact I only have about 2200 spell damage and my crystal frag's hit for about 14k, my ice comet hits for about 20k.

Nothing changed for sorc in PvP except that you have to be smarter with when you apply your shields, and that Dawnbreaker isn't going to one shot anyone anymore (like it does currently for stam...heh).

Regardless, your build will not sustain under pressure in PvP.

Also it's an Overload build.

Xv1 build, that's it. Nothing to see here.

Sorc is still an 'okay' class, just not competitive at the top tiers unless run by an amazing player. It's so much easier to do better with a magplar or magblade, there's a reason everyone re-rolled to them.

Whut? Magsorc is great still. You need some practice if you're getting "macro-sliced" by one player and dying. Multiple stamina enemies? Sure death is inevitable, but that goes for all classes, unless they're potatoes.

OP suggested to do 5x kag and 5x elegant. Wouldn't you be forced to get the elegant jewelry since kag doesn't come in rings/necklaces?

You're not paying attention. Yes you need jewelry but no you don't need to spend million...50k will buy you an elegant jewelry set. You DO NOT NEED SWORDS, any sharpened 1h weapons do the exact same thing. The 5% sword damage doesn't work on overload. Just get to 2 maces or daggers for 500 gold.

Stacking spell damage is still more effective than stacking magicka for those players without undaunted mettle. I know this because I tried replacing my SD set bonuses with magicka set bonuses and my tooltip damage dropped, not by much but it was still a damage reduction at the end of the day. Stacking magicka is a good idea when you get an extra 6% from that passive, but without it you gimp yourself slightly imo. But what about the shields? Difference between a 10k ward and a 12k ward isn't huge when you have 40cp each in hardy and ele defender. Not all sorcs are better off trying to stack magicka.

I got a chain too lol, if u streak away i can chain u to me then root spam u again and again and again. Remember that ur not only running away from me lol, u need to escape all the *** load of ppl behind me trying to get u too. I just have to slow u down to the point they can kill u

Plus i run only in bwb so that keeps streak out of the equation until ur much higher lvl. So yeah, we will find you and hunt you down!!!!!!

I don't know what platform you're on. But on console (PS4 NA) gold rings sells for 300k+, necklaces 300-400k. Gold weapons 500-1million. Your argument is not valid for console users.

bows for sure. bows have been mocked as a main weapon for years. knowing ZoS they think it'll redeem it, instead it'll just open up a stronger gankblade build.

Because you have never played Sorcerer in your life. All you write is only theory.
If so, you would know that Crushing shock is reflectable, despite looking like a freaking beam.

If you can maintain spamming daedric tomb for ~4400 magicka per cast

And I see DKs spamming wings all the time, sometimes even against targets that don't even use projectiles. They even use it when I only channel my heavy attacks. This is DK nature, no DK will ever let his wings down on purpose. You can only hit them when they terribly mess up and even then, you will most likely not possess the burst to exploit that. Most DKs nowadays block anyway when they notice their wings went down.

You do not need gold, purple will do, hell even blue because the five piece is a flat 20%. The most you lose out on is like 6 spell damage and like 60 magic. Why do you insist on breaking the bank where there is no need? You will have 99% the same damage. And you should never buy gold weapons, it is almost always cheaper to upgrade them yourself.
