Still stacks with mending and vitality, still op. I never personally experienced an issue with the inflated ticks of healing. The suped up breath of life and vigor heals however always felt broken, and that won't change. Even if it procs less often, the stacking of heal buffs is a major issue.

Nerf RD range, remove bolt escape fatigue or add cloak fatigue also, and fix the heavy attack bug that locks your bar up I hear the streamers talking all hush hush about.
So why remove bolt escape fatique?
The current fatigue penalty and bolt escape distance is a little harsh on the current incarnation of sorcs, it should be changed a bit. Gap closers go further, and they can be spammed with no penalty at all.
I wouldnt remove the penalty completely, but it's a tad high.
But mines are op. Bolt escape is used to stun and create distance and allow some breathing room.
Sure people may gap close you but it gives you time to recast shield and throw down op mines.

Mines OP? Wut..? What world you livin' in? Mines are probably one of the most niche abilities sorcs have. Like seriously, how stupid does someone have to be to walk in more than 1 mine? They cost 6k (base cost) magicka and take 3 seconds to arm. 3 seconds is more than enough for someone to blow all your shields and gap close you, so when the mines do arm, that big bad stam DK is already right up and personal with you INSIDE your mines. If anything Daedric Tomb is a good morph, because its like Encase but with decent damage on top. But Daedric Minefield is a meta I have never ever taken part in and never will. So please, that myth that Daedric Minefield is good... Naaaaaah
Un-nerf streak though. Keep a penalty but a bit less harsh. Otherwise whats the point of being the most mobile class in the game if you streak and them camp in mines.
My experience so far:
Before patch: was unable to kill malubeth+reactive healbot with 3 DDs.
After patch: was able to kill this healbot solo in 20 seconds.
#malurekt indeed

Mines are so good are you kidding me?
They hit like 3.5k each, you rarley ever hit only 1, they root and force you to either cast shuffle or dodge roll away.
I have a sorc... please stop basically lying about the fact mines are very strong.

#malubalanced is more like it.
You killed a horrible player who used to 100% crutch on a bugged, broken OP set. Now they actually have to learn how to play!

Is reactive still bugged? Or are we actually moving forward.

Too late, they did that months ago.
