Character is Stuck in Wrothgar, Causing CRASHING LOGIN ISSUES!

Gamertag: is Angeisky
Character is: Catsulek. Nightblade Lv39. Aldmeri Dominion.

She is Permanently stuck in Wrothgar In either the INN or the Bathhouse.
I have tried to: Delete the Save Data, Clear the Cache, Hard Reset, and Re-Install the Game.

I have Rebooted the Console around 4 times, Restart ESO about 27 Times after Immediate Crash to Dashboard after selecting character Catsulek, and it will not load that character.
PLEASE RELOCATE HER ASAP!!

I HAVE PLACED A TICKET AROUND 24 HOURS AGO, AND HAVE UPDATED IT SINCE THE FIRST REPORT. About 4-5 times.
I have no responses as of yet, from GMS or DEVELOPERS.

Well I'll try to make this short, possibly..

I was doing the quest: Invitation to Orsinium
I was on the Part where you must "Find Gulug" in the Bathhouse

Well I chose the option "spare his life" aka "not to turn him in"
and before i left the bathhouse i went back up on the second floor and saw a fireplace, And thought i should make some food... So I started making some "Frostfall Pork Roast"

As I Zoomed out "Down D-Pad" I noticed my Entire Character was turning a Shiny SilverRed-Metallic Color, which I thought was really Strange.
But I continued cooking.. as soon as I checked my inv to see how many food I had which was 104, and returned to my UI.. My game Crashed... (ASSUMING FROM THE TEXTURES)

I have tried to reload about 12 times since I crashed.. which was around.. 6:45 pm (PST MOUNTAIN TIME)
I have tried deleting my save in management, clearing my cache.. everything... and to no avail, no sucess..
I know I don't need to re-download the game cause it works fine on my vampire character!

Can a GM/DEV MOVE My Character Catsulek OUT of the bathhouse?? I know it can be done.. I just need to give a little info for verification...

Just finished Re-Downloading ESO...
Tried to Re-login to Catsulek..

Failed attempt... "Crashed and Returned to XB1 Dashboard" Yet AGAIN...
Have now tried everything On the ESO Forums That have come up in "The Search Topics" on "Crashing"...

Will NOW DEFINITELY NEED my Character "Catsulek" Moved from the Location She is in..

I did read they are having major problems with Wrothgar DLC.
If my character is Moved, just return her to the Newbie town where everyone starts out Plz.

Ahh it seems My Second Character which was having no problems has fallen prey to this... Crash Loop.
Character: Blackviolet

I checked Wrothgar's area textures earlier today to see if I could get them to crash like on Catsulek, but could not.
And logged out near the WAYSHRINE.

Looks like I made a mistake.
Pls Move Both:

The Orsinium city in Wrothgar is a black hole that eats characters, and according to ticket responses, they will only rescue characters once.

If you push on the left stick like you are walking forward as soon as you click to load your character, it seems to make it easier to free that character. I don't know why. It will still many tries to get them out, but it's faster than waiting for support. Average time until I get ANY responses on tickets I submit (for ANY reason) is over a week, so you are better off trying to solve it yourself if you can.

If you have ESO+ rather than having purchased the Wrothgar DLC, you can also cancel ESO+ and try to load the characters again. If the loading process gets at least halfway it will change your character's location to Grahtwoot at the main Wayshrine. Also a prime crashing spot, but a bit more stable than Orsinium. If you want to try your luck.

Aside from that, just keep updating and replying to the ticket until they are freed. Those are the three options. And NEVER go back to Orsinium for ANY reason.

Fixed a number of common crashes on Xbox One, including crashes that would often happen while in Orsinium and Elden Root. - They say it's fixed already so the fact that you're crashing must mean you are lying or the fix did nothing.

Yep. You got me. I'm lying.

The character won't even load in. I crash to the Xbox menu every time with just this character. Tried it just now after today's maintenance. So far, other than the initial thanks for contacting us outside of normal business support hours, I've not heard one peep from the ticket. Bumped it again and opened a new ticket.

Im not a ESO+ sub, I have never been, I have purchased all of the DLC since I have Joined ESO..
And im not lying about the crash loop on both of my characters...
Catsulek + Blackviolet

None of my characters have ever been moved in their Creation.. YET..

Have gotten a Response FINNALY on my ticket just waiting on Action on Move..

I've been able to successfully move your characters requested so you should no longer experience this issue the next time you log in.
Please be sure to not return to the crash areas as we won’t be able to move you a second time. The highest volume of crash loops we’re seeing are in and around Orsinium and Wrothgar, especially where you pick up and do Crafting Writs.

Still would like to know how they can continue to sell DLC that they also tell us not to play. I am in the process of drafting up a letter to Microsoft and my State AG's office asking this.
