2H and DW weapon passives be more inclusive?

Current:
Swords - increases all damage done by 5%.

Proposed change:
Maces - causes all your attacks to ignore 20% physical and spell resistance.
Axes - 16% chance to apply a damage over time; change to increases all your damage over time effects by 15%.
Daggers - increases weapon critical; change to increases weapon and spell critical.

    I would much prefer a stamina regen capability equal to 2H somewhere.

    Actually 2H and DW swords was not even meant to increase magicka builds in the first place. It was an accidental mechanic.

    Be that as it may, I think that change is here to stay so why not add more weapon options to fill in that space other than just swords? DW daggers giving both weapon and spell critical could help widen some of the variety for PvE caster crit builds. Instead of having axes apply a bleed, it makes all your damage over time effect more potent also opens up builds that focus on multiple damage over time spells and abilities. Probably could also make maces more inclusive by applying it to both physical and spell resistance.

    LOL. Both my mag and stamDK approve this change. We love it.
