Vigor use poisons?

I think it's a bug because many times when i have poison on same bar i have vigor , using vigor procs the poison.I dont know is this a special poisons problem or overall problem. What's more unusual poison is sometimes used without cooldown and can proc 3 times i a row with each use of vigor. This bug waste lot of materials used to crafting poisons.
