Still deals Magic damage and is kind of useless.
Are there any plans to improve this stamina morph in the Dark Brotherhood patch @Wrobel @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom ?
It currently deals less damage than Steel Tornado even before Steel Tornado gets execute modifier, and it requires you to hit an enemy for the Major Brutality, so you can't use it for a self buff unlike something much more useful, such as Rally or Crit Surge.

✭http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/262616/zos-you-missed-one-skill-that-does-stamina-magic-dmg#latestA poison aoe should be good, like a poisoned smoke. But not an another disease attack, I prefer a dot instead of a 15% heal debuff aoe.
Trying to regroup all concern for the same problem on the same place ^^
