What the hell is with dodge!??!

Has something changed I am not aware of. It seems like people are dodging A LOT more this patch versus last. I just dueled a kid and he dodged close to 70% of my single target attacks. Only thing I could consistently hit him with was AOES.

Major evasion(increase dodge chance by 20%) is bugged, dodge chance is actual higher then it tooltip.

Is it the buff itself (major evasion) or just shuffle?

There is a thread somewhere on these boards with data that seemed to indicate the problem did not bleed over to NB dodge ability.

This would explain a lot why so many of my attacks are just not landing, far more than what would be normal.

I have seen no evidence of this, and I run Major Evasion regularly. It seems fine to me. However, if this is true:

There is a thread somewhere on these boards with data that seemed to indicate the problem did not bleed over to NB dodge ability.

then I am not a reliable source of info, as I rarely use Shuffle for Evasion.

I've noticed a crap ton of dodging being done by Shuffle users this patch, but it doesn't seem to be more than 20% when I use it. I have no idea what is going on, but some players are impossible to hit.
