Making a specific skill or set that is supposed to make up for a whole design flaw is never a good idea. Idea: address the design flaw itself.
Funniest part is when you see the red circles pop up throw caltrops on them and watch the panic cloak spam
I'm not sure the point of this post; for example he brings up people running prox det at a single player... They did that pre patch... Because it actually hit harder before against singe players... Pretty much most magicka builds ran it... So nothing has bloody changed between patches

Would you use proxy if it dealt 60% friendly fire?
Zerg busters do not excist, but zergs will, as long as Eso skills have 0 cooldown.
that nearly every enemy i was hitting ran Prox Det. i dunno about you but when nearly 90% of enemy players are running the same setup. you know it's performing TO well. and this isn't because we had zergs. these guys were A: outside the keep walls with us up on the walls and B: they mainly ran for single targets.
watching 2 det bombs run at a single guy, a skill designed to bust up GROUPS btw, obliterate the guy in less than a second (assuming the guy was tank setup, he tried to run in using sword'n'board and dk flappy wings) means it's doing to much single target damage, i can't blame people cheesing it past it's intended design, it's to good to pass up, if it agreed with my build i'd be running it myself.
they really need to... you know... actually look at this sort of stuff. if they want serious competitive PvP customers to even consider ESO then they need to actually focus this stuff.

I just put Immovable up, throw Razor Caltrops down and dodge roll away. I watch that blow up then I just Cloak, Ambush, Cloak and WB them as they're like "WTF iz goihn ohn m8". Then before they know it I've executed them.
Granted, it takes limited skill to take down large/medium sized groups that are unaware. But I don't see any issues with it in a 1v1 as they're typically either unskilled or complacent.
Meh, probably not much as Immovable gives me 5k Spell & Physical Resistance anyway. I just do it in case a low health ally is close by and they're running VD.Sunburnt_Penguin wrote: »On my StamNB I always run Immovable and Razor Caltops on my off-bar. I'm starting to wonder if people run it BECAUSE of the giant red circle. Would explain stam users running it for 2 to 3k magic damage. It does give one pause so it could be all psychological. A Blocked prox det when you are not in a crowd is not a big deal. It's basically become a makeshift Fear spell.
What would have happen if you just stunned him and ran through your rotation immediately instead of rolling away?
