Here's the thing, I'm a long time gamer, probably with a resume of gaming longer than some players ages. However, ESO on Xbox one is the first foray into an MMO world I've ever partaken in.
I've had a guild, for some time now, called the Ebonheart Outcasts. It's small, and as it is now, it mostly serves little purpose but to show me when my personal friends are online. As we are mostly in our early 30s, most of them have more of lives than I do, or have serious gaming ADD and move on to other things.
I would like to pull this thing out of the ashes and make it what I envisioned in the start - a guild for people who want to do PVP, pledges, trials, group dungeons, etc, but do NOT have the time to set aside 3 hours per day every day of the week.
The ideal, is to make Sunday the strongest day for any group activities. Giving us the opportunity to do things like trials and pledges with other people, but without the daily constant necessity of it that many serious guilds have. If we can make this take off, and open a guild store as well, then we can try to capture the trading market as well. Everyone benefits with much more relaxed obligation to compensate for real life.
It's mostly, obviously, geared towards adults with responsibilities. But I'm willing to let anyone in.
Also, if someone out there wants to help me really turn this guild into something better, I would be more than happy to bring on a more experienced advisor.
