faction specific motifs?

it's been a while since i've logged in due to RL problems, but i was curious- is there any way to make the style of armors that were introduced with the imperial city DLC?
if not, does that new mimic stone alloww to transmute armor to that look, or am i not understanding it?
also a special request to zeni, if none of these options are available, it would be very cool if a motif were available for crafting the faction specific styles, if a player is currently on that faction, i.e you get the motif, however if on pact, you can only make pact armor and weapons and so on.
please make this a thing

Lyrebon✭✭✭They can be found in any chest throughout Cyrodiil and Imperial City but drop more commonly from Cyrodiil treasure maps. Out of the four chests I've opened I've had two Dominion chapters (boots and swords).0 -
Dread_Guy✭✭✭✭✭you can find pages for your specific faction in chests located in cyrodiil. This includes IC, Delves, Dolmens, and treasure maps. They are faction specific so to collect them all, you need to have alts in different factions or buy them from guild stores.
Mimic stones are just substitutions for the crafting material.
