i think EG is reeally cool shoulderpads...i like them on only 1 shoulder

I am glad for the mercenary style in many ways because of this. I like the look of the gladiator fighter with only the sword arm covered in heavy armour and the shield arm more freed up. but it's enough for me to have the monster shoulders and the mercenary set.

I'd rather future styles bring their own flavour to the game.

for example khajiit chest + engine guardian shoulders looks so cool to me.

I need to go off the deep end for a minute. I have no idea if its even possible at this point but maybe this will key an idea for a dev in a future game. "Degradation sliders'.

So I really enjoy the artwork of our gear but my only hiccup at times is the uniformity of design whereby left and right look like mirrored image. So a degradation slider, as you move it, would have dents/deep gashes/broken bits appear on the armor you're wearing. This can give an 'aged' feel and really ramp up the 'endless unique look'.

I think it looks awesome! Plus one of my favorite anime characters (Sesshomaru from Inuyasha if you're curious) has armor on only one shoulder!

when the dark brotherhood comes out i want the face mask most definately!
i want to be able to craft it and look like an assassin!
having a stupid looking head piece and shoulders like your suggesting will ruin the entire look for me.
if the 2 piece came in belt and boots then yeah, id vote yes.

Nah I don't really like the one shoulder look. I like to see a clean balance. Would be nice to be able to hide shoulders like you can helmets

umm guys im not proposing to remove 2 shoulderpads form the game loooool

just add more craftable varieties...

maybe even option for every single in game shoulders to craft as only on 1 shoulder
