Good news is that they announced that the crafting bags are coming in the Dark Brotherhood patch and be exclusive to subscribers. Which will hold the crafting items. There is so many and this will leave enough space for my other items. It will definitely be worth the sub.

Okay, so this is separate inventory spaces for crafting items? For some reason when people were talking about them, it sounded like crafting grab bags.

Yes @starkerealm they said on ESO Live today these would be bags that would hold INFINITE crafting items. Are you drooling yet, thinking of all that open bank and bag space when that happens?

Actually yes... I need to go find some paper towels, and that's probably, by far, more information than you wanted.

Endless crafting bags coming for subbers in DB dlc... genious move imo, everyone is going to sub for that benefit alone.

As to the free crowns we get for subbing, fine by me.Because I pay $15.00 us to sub,and get it back with the amount of crowns they give me.So,in essence,I really dont pay anything for my game.Plus I get the DLCs for free also.

Absolutely, I will sub as soon as I get a WORKING crafting bag, with is USEFUL and does not have other issues, like that I would have to take the stuff out of the bag or that it would be character-bound instead of account-wide. Any such mishaps would make me not sub. Either a perfect bag or none at all, because for me this is the only reason yet, that I would sub. I have all the DLCs already and will buy the others as well, so this part of ESO+ is not an argument for me, but this bag is.

You paid money, you got a license back (that is what crowns legally are) - you surely paid something by buying the license.

Edit: It's similar to that people think, they would have SAVED something when they go for a buy 2 get one free offer. They did not save anything, if they would have just needed one, but paid 100% more - for more stuff, which they basically didn't want to buy in the first place. Your view on the sub and the crowns is similar to this.

Certainly, you had you reasons so far and those did not change. To me it is that I have the DLCs already, and 10% more XP is irrelevant for me, I am perfectly happy with leveling slowly. So for me this bag is the only reason to sub and if that is not working properly, I won''t do it.

The only reasons to sub to any MMO are that you want to play it regularly, you believe it offers you good entertainment for the money, and that you want to keep playing it in the future. All else - especially for whatever perks the game in question decides to give you for your money - is irrelevant and should not be the basis on which you decide to sub.

That you come here to say there are just not enough rewards to make you want to sub is not a valid argument - it is just yet another complaint thread about how the game does not give you what you really want.

I have had an active sub here since beta and the crowns I have are gathering dust-bunnies, along with all the other "loyalty" rewards thrown at me during sub-phase of the game.

What I and many others left here still playing since that time are interested in is seeing the game finally become what we were told long ago it would be. I personally don't give a rats' booty about costumes or bank space perks if the rest of the game is still a mess of bugs and imbalances.

Personally, I would not put all my crafting stuff into some P2W bag. It will most likely be broken (just look at guild banking) and will take half a year and several rounds of fixing before it stops leaking items into the oblivion.

Subscribing is optional. I guess they are making more money now with the crown store than they were with subscriptions.

We did get rewards when it was sub only and I got them all. I was sad to see them go and would have preferred to have subscriber unique pets and mounts as opposed to just crowns. The access to all DLC is nice though.

To be honest i'm happy with the subscription rewards so far, it'll only get better as time goes on and more DLC is released.
The crowns and xp are just nice bonuses. And as they said in ESO live we'll be getting crafting bags soon (Unlimited space for crafting materials) for subscribers. All good stuff imo.

This is just not true, I love Elderscolls and I got to like ESO now as well. If I sub or not has nothing to do with my support for the game at all, because I tend to buy stuff from cash shops if I like them. In my first month in ESO I spent 15,200 crowns for stuff I wanted to make my gameplay more enjoyable, that is the equivalent of 10 months subscription, so don't tell me, I would not support this game even if I am not a subscriber.

I feel players who subscribe to eso plus should be reward for keeping a membership over a certain length of time. Maybe a reward every four months and a mount for a consecutive year.

There were rewards back when it first started.Like the monkey, the ice wraith and the first sensche mount. They were sub rewards. They quit them though.

The monkey wasn't a sub reward, it was a reward you got for participating in one of the Beta tests, can't remember exactly which.

Subscription they are getting a constant revenue as not everyone might buy the dlc , believe me I wouldn't waste it on Imperial city and as for Wrothgar its buggy as hell so that would be a waste , I'm not asking for much on the subs but a 10% exp gain and gold is now a bit outdated that needs looking at , and if it's such a issue for those that don't sub hell let Zos take the crowns away if they sort the rest out

Wrothgar is definitely not a waste. It is some of the most enjoyable content in the game.

I strongly disagree. The sub is completely optional. I can enjoy the game quite fine without it. It is also a source of revenue for ZOS. If I buy a game, I am not going to throw money at the developer if I enjoy it. I subbed for 3 months post free month at PC launch and stopped as content ran out. If not for ESO:TU, I probably would never have bought the DLC packs, or I probably would have waited for additional DLC before subbing a month or two to play through the added content.

I expect to enjoy the game because I bought it. I also bought DLC so I expect to enjoy those. If ZOS prefers the higher and more consistent revenue from subscribers, then they need to make it appealing to subscribers. It currently has almost no appeal to me when I can get the DLC cheaper with crowns from on-sale 5500 packs. I have completed all research so that buff is useless. I don't care about XP buffs. I also don't care about crown store items beyond DLC. The only appeal of a sub to me is access to all DLC, but it is much cheaper to just buy them outright when it costs $24 for 5500 crowns.

The crafting bags would make me actually think about subbing. I probably wouldn't because they would encourage too much hoarding. But they would be incredibly useful as they would mean less trips to the bank to empty inventory to divert mats to crafting alts.

Any comment that evaluates ESO based on some perceived general MMO rule tends to fail for me. I don't care about MMOs. I have never played any other MMO and I have little interest in trying them. I am here because it is the Elder Scrolls. Actually, I want to try SWTOR for the story, which I hear is well done, and I tried Path of Exile, if that qualifies.
