Malacath`s sanctuary quest in Orsinium bugged?

So I have found the sanctuary with the head, but there I go and all the rooms looks the same, I can go trough 10 rooms, but I am always on the same spot, nothing changes. Is it some intended riddle, or is it bugged?

you mean the instructions in the quest journal, or some book there?

✭✭✭✭✭There is a bit on info you can read during that quest that tells you what to do, in a somewhat crypric way.
As I recall, the part for this one was "Follow Malacaths light" or something like that. Which is exactly the hint you need... pay close attention to the rooms, and see which door may relate to "light" where the others do not...1 -
