Is this mistake or joke that only players form 10 coutries listed below are allowed to play in this lottery:
-Canada
-Finland
-France
-Germany
-Mexico
-Norway
-Russia
-Switzerland
-United Kingdom
-United States of America

If those players only allow to play lottery that is not #ESO #MillionReasonsToPlay the game......

    They're not cherry picking countries for this. The laws of many countries prohibit lotteries and sweepstakes.

    Thay didn't exclude countries because of some vendetta or whim on their part.

    The laws on all those countries offer prohibitions regarding foreign lotteries .
    I understand perfectly the frustration of feeling excluded, because my country, Spain, is one of those.

    Zenimax has to understand this is creating a very big and diverse mix of feelings within the playerbase. The excluded ones feel like second class citizens or something. A separate crowns contest feels like a good idea to me.

    While its a neat contest and very generous, as an American isolationist, its 9 more countries than should be included. There are only 320 million humans on Earth as far as I am concerned :)

    This would definitely help calm some of the masses. Maybe give out several 50,000 crown awards to countries not included in the real money lottery.

    I think it is just as much the fact that in many countries lottery winnings are considered income, and therefore one must pay ta x. Here (Norway) lottery winnings are specifically excempt from income tax.

    My favorite part of the lottery is that New York is on black list of states that can't participate but the lotto drawing is happening in New York.

    Its marketing issue fail.

    Knowing that 184 out of 194 coutries prohibits participating in foreign lotteries it make no sense for capaign like #ESO #MillionReasonsToPlay offering pure cash.

    Those 1.000.000 dollars could be spent on other purposes - like ingame benefits - many lifetime subscription etc.
