You have everything BUT a Stable in Bal Foyen. The center building in the village houses everything you need from Crafting Stations to Merchants to the Banker.

You can do the same on Stros M'kai, no need to hold a quest unfinished. Also Rivespire and Rawl Kha (Reaper's March) have convenient enough city arrangements for anyone already reaching veteran on EP.

All in all, sorry to say, this is a stupid idea
