Bleakrock Isles Hack

I'm sure all of the veteran players know about this already but since I imagine there's a lot of returning and new players that can benefit from this I thought I would share this little tidbit.

If you Do NOT complete the main story line on Bleakrock Isles, the town is never destroyed and you get a really stupidly convenient personal crafting spot with a banker RIGHT THERE! You could park a crafting alt and never have to move them again!

Not sure how this would be a hack or an exploit, no one is forced to finish every zone.

Personally, I prefer Belkarth, though. And only when I've completed all solo content.

Given that EP does not have an immediately available dye station in Stonefalls, and the crafting and banking situation is really good in Breakrock, it is important to not finish those quests until you can get to Mournhold, Ebonheart at the minimum.

    Well
I think that the end of the quest is wrong.
My first character did end the quest.

I consider having a banker in a convenient location a near impossible hack in this game. It can also be an exploit though. In fact, it's probably both.

I'm a little confused about why Bleakrock Isle would be considered superior to Dhalmora in Bal Foyen, which has everything in one building except for the cooking fire, which is just across the road. My characters used to get parked in Dhalmora every night before Craglorn came along :).

Rawl'kha has everything close to the bank.
    Rivenspire as well.
Craglorn makes you walk a bit but it's really small and only 3 or so buildings.
Don't really see a need to keep quests unfinished for that convenience.

I too think that Bal Foyen is really underrated, and vastly superior to Bleakrock. Everything in one building and nearby guild traders too. If it had a stable it would be nearly perfect.

Isn't it quite a jog to the teleporter? So far my favorite town for convenient layout is Velyn Harbor. Even the writ drop offs are close. :)

Bleakrock also has all of the available merchants, banker, crafting stations, even a dye station under the same roof without having to actually enter a building since it's all open (no loading screen). There's also some nice loot just laying around for the taking and a guild trader right next to the wayshrine. I think the only thing it's really missing is an Outlaws Refuge.

I prefer south morrowind wayshrine in Cyrodiil. Banker is outside. Cooking fire is outside. Black smithing, clothing, woodworking within 10 steps of banker. Enchanting and alchemy are the only ones you have to go into a building for but it is right next door to the blacksmithing building. The only downside is that the banker does not allow access to the guild store

It's really driven more by where you are questing and where you're writs are, isn't it? Who wants to suffer an extra 1 or 2 zone loading screen?.. :/

    This isn't a hack.
For Silver/Gold in particular, leaving Bleakrock and Bal Foyen unfinished is just the better option. You backtrack, unlock the wayshrines, and kiss the most inconvenient mobs in the areas goodbye forever.
It's a strategy, not an exploit.

I use that place for emptying my inventory after a wilderness romp, however the Enchanting table and Cooking Fire are across the other side of the town. If you need neither of those (I only need the enchanting on my main) then it's really the best place IMO.
I have departed into the great unknown that is outside the game and the forums, and wish you well in your Tamriel adventures!
