Map rally point for your group

I noticed two types of rally point, one of them are two blue circles. I believe the key for that is CTRL + Left Click.
And another red circles like a signal, how do I do those?

By the way, is it possible to rebind the controlls for this CTRL+ Click? Everytime I use this mounted I get unmounted, when I use stealthed I get up.

It's either control or shift, can't remember which is which. You do need to be group leader in order to use the red one though.

Gives me a blue dot, after exiting the map it's dissappeared.
