I do. But then I don't use and haven't got Caltrops - so my proc'in has always been based off pure LA/Jabs.

The caltrops change is a sensible one imo and I don;t think it was intended in the first place and the cool down is not the end of the world.

Right now, it's a question of what is better? Yes, there will be options but by all accounts, this set up seems the best.

Although, my one annoyance is that I can not find, for the life of me, v12 Redguard Shoulders on PC EU. So if anyone does have it

I was able to find all of the pieces I wanted to get the 5 set bonus, and prices seem about the same on PC NA.

I took my Templar out for a test drive with a guildie last night in Crag and I believe their comment was something like..."What the hell did you do to your character? She's wrecking everything!" Which was true...at least until her driver would decide to be a bonehead.

I can't wait to try out IC next week. I've done very little PVP so far, and I'm sure I'll end up being everyone's favorite pinata, but at least I've got a more viable setup now.

They may take my TV stones, I'm sure they will take my sweet-roll, but at least they will know they were in a fight!

Someone on the forums actually has my sweetroll. I've now forgotten who it is, but every now and then I'll post in a thread and then see a post from him in the same thread... My sig says that someone stole my sweetroll, and his says that he has my sweetroll. I cry a little every time :'( The worst part is that even with that proof the mods won't do anything to get it back for me! They're all like:

And in my defense, my second account has a mixture of AD, DC, and EP. See...I'm willing to share my ineptness with all the alliances. Let it never be said that my characters are not willing to die for any cause.

Actually that's not quite true, they actually get very upset at their driver every time I let them die.

If I remember correctly, the only thing they are changing on this set is putting in a 10 second cooldown on the Affect#5.

yes that along with the caltrops change will make it less effective in the new update i think

Not "That" bad in terms of the changes. Depends how used to the process without caltrops in the first place. the 10s cooldown shouldn't hurt to much imo.

By the way, I made an orc goblin character (well, he's the shortest orc I could make, and he's the goblinest-looking orc I could make, and I've got him in primal gear) I thought you might appreciate. If the servers weren't all wonky right now I'd grab a screenshot for you...

*sigh* I was in the middle of my first ever attempt at doing DSA when the servers went all wonky. We were on the 7th or 8th round, and had been cruising through it with ease (even though 3 of us had never done it before), and we were starting to think we'd succeed on our first try. And then the stupid internet had to go all stupid. :'(
