ZoS needs a mechanism whereby you can sacrifice a goat (in game) to appease the RNG gawds.

Regardless as to what ZoS says, I'm quite sure they stealth nerfed the drop rate on the fragments. People were getting them left and right during the first week or so, now I don't see very many people getting them at all.

Go to the casino and play craps, become the shooter. I just respecced 2 alts to max out provisioning, and increase my chances. I'll eventually get them all. I only have 1 now, but I'm starting to actually make an effort to farm it.

Got one out of 5 attempts... Its not supposed to be easy to get all 7 though... either sacrifice in game gold, in game time, or real life money for xp pot...
