I go by the methodology that if everyone in a group can beat or equal anyone from the other group alone, then the entire group is more powerful as a whole.

For example, a 20 man DC group ran over our dueling location just last night. The 6 EP that were there destroyed the group twice before we got wiped by them running back again.... Individual good players are equal to more than one new or unskilled player, and dueling makes you learn your class and other classes better than any other method.
