Have these updates taken effect on console? I get so confused with these updates because I seriously think the console is vanilla lol
Since health recovery isn't affected by the 30% lowered heal, and all damage output is lowered by 30% as well, does this mean health recovery finally becomes a viable stat to invest in?
Health recovery will never be good. Even if you got it up to 3000 every 2, that is only healing 1500 damage a second. In todays terms that is 2400 DPS which is like a quarter of a player in PvP.

I don't get why Zenimax is nerving Dodge Rolling, yet gives stamina users a new Mundus stone to regain Stamina.
"You may no longer infinite dodge roll, but here you have a new gimmick so you can give it a second try".
I also wished Argonians had Superior Health regen. In Skyrim they had Histskin, and now they have nothing.
They really lost most of their charms (Besides a swimming bonus) from previous games.

Orgnum Scales 5th piece actually isn't better then just picking up another two 2 piece Health Recovery Sets
1 Piece Engine Guardian set
2 piece Vampires Kiss,2 Piece song of lamae, 2 piece Orgumm Scales, 2 piece Oblivion Foe
Is what ya wanna run if you really want to max the hell out of Health regen.
