No Imperial Edition on digital

So I previously submitted a ticket for this and was just redirected to Sony.

Bought the Imperial Edition last night. Downloaded and installed. Started up and there is no Imperial Edition nor Explorers Pack in my game.
Have the screenshot and email from Sony to prove purchase but my ESO account insists I have not purchased anything.

I have heard people having this issue on Xbox too. My SO pointed out that the install file just says Tamriel Unlimited; nothing about upgrades. I am not getting any other files or codes though.

Anyone else encounter this and find a work around or solution?

We have received reports of players who have purchased The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited on consoles not receiving the bonuses for their Imperial Upgrades or Explorer’s Pack, and we are currently collecting information from players which should hopefully help us pinpoint the root cause of the issue.

If you could please answer the following questions, it may help shed some light on what may be causing this for players.

Which Console are you experiencing the issue on? Xbox One or PS4?

If PS4, is it SCEA or SCEE? (PSN Americas or PSN Europe)?

Is this the retail/disc version of the game, or downloaded directly from Xbox Live/PSN?

Which upgrade pack are you missing, Imperial Upgrade, Explorer’s Pack, or both?

Were the affected packs purchased individually, or part of a bundle?

Were the packs purchased directly from the 1st Party (Sony/Microsoft) or purchased in-game through the Crown Store?

Have you attempted a full reboot of the system to see if the issue persists afterwards?

Was the game purchased from the same Xbox Live or PSN Profile as the one that you are accessing the game from?

Is the console you are accessing the game from considered the Primary Console for your account?

Yes im having this same issue xb1, ive tried contacting ESO support and xbl support and have yet to receive an answer

7 - tried reboot and reinstall the game, problem persists
8 - yes
9 - yes

Please sort it out, its frustrating and really disapointing.
Forced to play a char i dont like so i can join my friends.
That also have the same problem.

Oh Thank God, I thought I was the only one. So should I contact Sony then? The ESO support hasn't response to my ticket and I was wondering if I should just go ahead of them if they going to tell me to call Sony later on.

I'm making an assumption about the code. Since the feature was unavailable with the game download, I'm assuming that there must be an additional code to unlock. That's how it usually is for DLCs or add-ons, but I can't tell you if that is correct in this case.

Explorer's Pack for basic game offered as pre-order bonus.
Purchased on my main account, playing on sub account.

The same thing happened to me mate I got the voucher codes from the collector edition and the imperial edition and explore's pack download but ingame it not showing up I rang PSN and they told me it should work and ring elder scrolls online

Was on hold to them for 2 hours but after 5th email they told me they are looking into this and I was on the Xbox one forms there having the same problem and the admins are giving us updates on this here is the link for that form of you want to keep an eye on there updates

I'm having the same problem on the disk version I preorderd the imperial edition the one with the statue and art book, I got a code in the case to unlock the imperial upgrade/explorers pack when I type it in it says thank you your code has been redeemed but it's not there at all

Same issue, just bought the Huge Imperial edition box set for the ps4 and the cod isn't working, I really think this should be addressed soon, spent lots on that box
