We have received reports of players who have purchased The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited on consoles not receiving the bonuses for their Imperial Upgrades or Explorer’s Pack, and we are currently collecting information from players which should hopefully help us pinpoint the root cause of the issue.
If you could please answer the following questions, it may help shed some light on what may be causing this for players.
Which Console are you experiencing the issue on? Xbox One or PS4?
If PS4, is it SCEA or SCEE? (PSN Americas or PSN Europe)?
Is this the retail/disc version of the game, or downloaded directly from Xbox Live/PSN?
Which upgrade pack are you missing, Imperial Upgrade, Explorer’s Pack, or both?
Were the affected packs purchased individually, or part of a bundle?
Were the packs purchased directly from the 1st Party (Sony/Microsoft) or purchased in-game through the Crown Store?
Have you attempted a full reboot of the system to see if the issue persists afterwards?
Was the game purchased from the same Xbox Live or PSN Profile as the one that you are accessing the game from?
Is the console you are accessing the game from considered the Primary Console for your account?
