Why cant we use a Keyboard in ESO

It should be possible to use a keyboard in eso many times u need give a message to people in group special when u try to do a dungon, never seen a game u cant used txt, not evryone have headset and many times language is hard to understand when people talk not evryone is english here, so it can be better to understand when u type in a chat. like u do in dcuo, u should make this possible, i understand its many people missing this options.
