Almost 48 hours ago I purchased 2 extra months of ESO Plus.
I have been in conversation in multiple emails regarding the purchase because I have YET to receive my 3000 crowns.
I have spoken to xbox, twice. My payment has cleared. Xbox told me it's now up to you...
I have waited 24 hours
I have even reset my console
The last email i got( I was told there was a patch; and I could find some help there.....A PATCH?! This has nothing to do with a patch and my patience is running thin, it's gone from something which is of a nuisance, but now I'm more frustrated by the support team and being made to look like an idiot and not recieving any help....at all...That is not the only issue; i also lost 2 weeks of ESO Plus buy adding an extra 2 months to my account. I've spoken to microsoft 3 times who have told me to come back to the support team here because my funds were succesful and it's now down to zzenimax... But zzenimax send me back to microsoft. It's a complete joke and a dreadful experience! The absolute worst support care I've ever witnessed. So I'm on the forums to see if I'll actually get any help...
