Unable to Log into my Account. I don't receive Access Code.

I am unable to get logged into my account at account.elderscrollsonline.com. It accepts my user name and password, but never sends me the email with the access code. I have checked all mail folders. I am just using a basic Gmail account. I have been talking to support all week about this issue, but half the time their responses arn't even relevant to the issue I am having. Anyone else having this issue? I need to get this fixed. Please help!
