Not received my crowns (PS4)

Has anyone else bought crowns, been charged for them and not received them? I purchased 1500 and thought it didn't work so I bought them again which in total is 3000 but I haven't received any. Feel like I've been robbed! I've tried logging out multiple of times and still nothing. Tried emailing the support team but had no reply.

Also got 5500 from the premium edition no prob either.

I bought Crowns a WEEK ago ( EU PS4) along with ESO Plus and still haven't any received them, I have been billed for both,
I haven't gotten the Explorer's Pack either,
Customer Support is useless, they give you the same copy and paste reply with no helpful information,
I also tried the multiple log outs and PS4 restarts and still nothing !
I was thinking of just buying more crowns so I could have that awesome looking Guar mount or the new lioness mount and stock up on potions but it's not really worth it if I won't get those crowns either.

Woodfin95✭✭I bought crowns when i wasn't on my PS4 while i was at work and that worked. But last night i tried to purchase more crowns for the Lioness mount but didnt get them.
I had an email back off Customer Support they said they have checked my account and I have received them then bought the Imperial edition. This is true and with the crowns left over i didn't have enough for the mount, hence why i bought more but not there.
I will have to check again when im home from workPS4 EU.

I picked up some crowns with a game (Bastion)on the PS store last tuesday 16/06/15 and they still haven't being applied to my account either. I'm wondering if there's an issue with buying them solely through the PS Store and if picking up a game with the crown package somehow messed up the process. I've been on to Customer Support but there hasn't been any news over the weekend.
Just wondering if anyone else has had an issue similar to mine. Aside from that, I'm really enjoying the game.

yeah im the same 2wks now and nothing i also payed for eso plus. I also tweeted them got 2 replies when i said it was a joke and unacceptable they stopped replying.0 -
SavageHenry✭✭✭waiting over a week for mine, support have been of no use what so ever. they seem to pick an choose who they will help, have read on the forum of other customers having the missing crowns place in their account by support while others are treated with miss direction, false information, or just complete silence.
I my self have been told so far to wait 48 hours, to log out and back in, turn off my console completely and restart, that the problem was on Sony end and not ZOS's, That I would find answers on the forums, and now silence. I am completely disgusted by the whole affair.0 -
