I missed the starter iand and now feel like i need an extra Level or two. Can anyone tell me how to get there? I'm a Breton and my alliance is the Aldmeri Dominion

    There's a ship at Vulkhel's Guard that will send you to Khenarthi's Roost.

    Go to Vulkhel Guard the starting city. If you do not remember exactly Look for quest givers near the stable I think. Some guy will give you a quest called Storm on the Horizon. Go to the docks and find the NPC that will take you to Khenarthi's Roost.

    sugar clawas the npc who takes you to khenarthi's roost is bugged everytime i try and go there it kicks me from servers ? any idea why ?

    Open your map, zoom out, find khenarthi's roost (the starter island), and quick travel there.

    The OP says he hasn't been there so how would the Wayshrine be active for him.
