I missed the starter iand and now feel like i need an extra Level or two. Can anyone tell me how to get there? I'm a Breton and my alliance is the Aldmeri Dominion

✭✭✭Go to Vulkhel Guard the starting city. If you do not remember exactly Look for quest givers near the stable I think. Some guy will give you a quest called Storm on the Horizon.
