Cash Shop Feedback:
I am not a fan of B2P or F2P games and I fear the items in the cash shop is only the beginning of the end. That being said here is my feedback which most will likely disagree with. lol.
Consumables:
These are not priced to sell and will likely generate little to no revenue with how they are currently are on the cash shop.
Potions:
These are not worth 200 crowns for 20 potions.
Recommendation: Drop the cost to 50 crowns for 25 potions and make them duel potions.
Potion 1: Health and Magicka.
Potion 2: Health and Stamina.
Make the value 10% less then the crafted potions.
Soul Gems:: Reduce cost to 100 crowns for 10 soul gems.
Repair Kit Pack: Reduce cost to 200 crowns for 20 kits.
The above will be generate more revenue even with less crowns per purchase as it means more players will be buying them.
Mounts:
Increase cost by 25% across the board. Add more expensive mounts with special effects. This should be a great revenue stream.
Pets:
Increase cost by 25% across the board. Add more expensive pets with special effects. This should be a great revenue stream.
Costumes:
This is one of the best ways to generate revenue for ESO and yet the costume mechanics suck. There needs to be many changes made to the system for this to generate good revenue.
1: Create a Appearance Tab similar to the current Equipped Tab. Each slot should have an equippable appearance item.
2: Add an addition costume item CLOAK . Players go crazy for Cloaks and has it many design possibilities.
3: Sell the equippable appearance items on the cash shop (some are still in game from other sources).
Special Effects
Another f2p game I used to play added special effects into their cash shop and I loved it. It generated great revenue and was not a P2W element. Would think this is something that ESO can do without to much trouble.
Example:
Class: Dragon Knights
Ability: Fiery Breath
Normal Effect: Exhales a flaming blast. This looks like a red breath attack.
Cash Shop special effect: Changes the color to Blue
This is just a colors change but will likely generate revenue. Has no impact on the game. (well it may confuse some pvp'ers).

Overall I do not want to see P2W elements in ESO and to combat that I hope things like cosmetics generate enough revenue that ZoS does not begin adding the P2W elements in game. I know the consumables blur this line, but as long as they are weaker then crafted potions then I can grudgingly accept them. Much rather see these then XP pots.
This is my opinion which likely few agree with though. Please voice yours.
