I do wonder sometimes why robes are the go to battle garment for light armor war, and also why light armor doesn't provide more stealth than medium arnor, given that you are squishier

As a magica sorc and stamina nb (both vr14) i can see the difernece between these two quite good. I think that damage mitigatin isgood as it is, light armor should be more squishy but im concerned about the rest. Here every stamina user yells that LA has damage shields to protect him self, and few threads further i see another thread "nerf shields" "stop shield stacking " and sucha. The second thing is dps. While it is posible to reach under some circumstances as high hits from magica as from stamina skills but it is not easy. You have to build your whole toon around it (sets, enchants and skills) leaving you almost defenceless while in MA u just have to put Wrecking Blow/Lethal Arrow on your bar and thats it. I know that you will say - you have shields! But to cast shields i cant be cced... and try to not be cced when you can break free twice OR (not AND!) roll dodge 3 times. Also stamina users can use magica as they want, cause magica isnt as critical resource as stamina. Magica users cannot use any stamina utilities in combat cause they wont have stamina to cc counter.So in the end we get something like this:
Damage reduction: MA > LA
DPS: MA > LA
CC management: MA > LA
Utilities: LA > MA
Overall surviveability: MA > LA (more defence, more roll dodge and break free, more block, spare magica pool which can be used whatever u like - its not so important that u cant have your buff up as being perma cced, la has heals but u cannot heal while being cced).

I dont want to destroy your happines but if nothing will change soon everyone will run stamina builds (even now if you meet magica user in cyrodill 90% of the time it is sorc, because this class has worst stamina synergy - but this probably will change and whole cyrodill will run medium armor like it was before 1.6 when everyone ran with light armor). Realy there is no reason for clases like dk or nb to run magica (beside of being a healer), i cannot say how it looks from templar perspective cause its the only class that i didnt played on vr level.

Im not saying that im an alpha and omega, i may be wrong, maybe im missing something important, im opened to any constructive discution.
